Privacy Policy

SlideInk is designed to keep your handwritten notes and drawings on your device. The app does not require an account and does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

1. Who operates SlideInk

SlideInk is developed under the Majo Studio developer account and published by M-S-K Slovakia s.r.o. This Privacy Policy applies to the SlideInk Android app.

2. Notes and drawings

Notes and drawings created or saved in SlideInk are stored locally on your device. SlideInk does not upload your notes, drawings, screenshots, or saved note content to a developer-operated server.

SlideInk does not require user registration or a SlideInk account.

3. Sharing notes

Sharing is initiated only by you. When you choose to share a note, SlideInk may create a temporary PNG copy in the application cache and pass it to Android's standard sharing interface. The destination is selected by you.

SlideInk does not automatically send shared content to the developer.

4. Google Play Billing

SlideInk uses the Google Play Billing service for purchases such as SlideInk PRO. Purchase processing is handled by Google Play. SlideInk receives the purchase status needed to determine whether PRO access is available.

SlideInk does not receive or store your full payment-card details. Information handled by Google Play is subject to Google's own privacy terms and policies.

5. Analytics, advertising and tracking

SlideInk does not use analytics services, does not display advertising, and does not include advertising or third-party tracking SDKs.

6. Cloud backup and device transfer

SlideInk does not participate in Android cloud backup or Android device-to-device data transfer. App data is intended to remain local to the current installation.

7. Data retention and deletion

Saved notes remain on the device until you delete them or uninstall the app. Temporary files created for sharing may remain in the application's cache until they are removed by the app, Android, or by clearing the app cache.

Purchase records processed by Google Play are retained according to Google's policies and your Google account settings.

8. App permissions

SlideInk may use Android permissions and system capabilities needed for its features, including:

displaying the floating handle and drawing overlay over other apps;
running the user-enabled overlay service in the foreground;
supporting restart behavior after the device boots, where enabled;
using Google Play Billing for purchases.

These capabilities are used to provide SlideInk functionality and are not used for advertising or analytics.

9. Third-party services

Google Play may process information required for app distribution and purchases. Those services are governed by Google's own privacy policy and terms.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when SlideInk features, data practices, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with its updated date.
